I contacted DMJ Flores Painting and the owner, Denni, came for a same-day free estimate. Later that evening, he provided me with a written estimate via email that outlined everything he was going to do. He is truly a professional businessman: knowledgeable, honest, engaging, not a pushy salesman, and makes you feel at ease. Not only is he the head of his company, but he works alongside of his team. His staff mirrors him to a tee with punctuality and providing quality work.

Quality - Denni and his team restored my ceilings in over a hundred-year-old house without using new sheetrock, which I think was the easier way out. He assured me that the ceilings would look brand new, which they did. Secondly, the painting was done very neatly with a brush, roller, and spray, all while protecting my wood floors and some walls, which I did not paint. He did some other odd-end projects that came out great. If he doesn't know something, he takes a step back and thinks about it in order to make it happen. Oh, and even right down to the garbage, was folded neatly, taped, and packed in black garbage bags.

Cost - This was the first time using his services and I went based on price and interview. I took six estimates because what do I know about the price of bananas??? I have to say, DML Flores's price is competitive.

I am glad I chose his company to handle my projects. I highly recommend him if you need services in your home!

I contacted Deni at DMJ Flores Painting on the advice of a friend who had used his services. I needed work done on a rental apartment in our brownstone building. Deni provided a detailed estimate, identified ways to approach the planned work with lesser-expensive options and let me know the timeframe he needed to complete the work. He and his work crew were entirely professional, leaving the workspace broom-clean every day. Deni kept me up to date on work progress and completed the work on time. Deni is knowledgeable, skilled and communicative. He knows what work he can handle on his own and what components need the involvement of a specific professional (plumber, etc.) I have since used Deni on two other occasions and remain extremely satisfied.
